Skin Ritual Membership – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Skin Ritual Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This container is designed to support consistency, results, and a respectful exchange of time, energy, and care.
1. Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months from the date of enrollment.
Memberships may not be canceled during this initial commitment period.
2. Billing & Renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the card on file.
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your billing date.
3. Cancellation Policy
After the initial 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
4. No Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable.
This includes unused services, missed appointments, remaining credits, or partial billing periods.
5. Service Credits & Expiration
Membership services are issued as credits and must be used within 45 days of issuance.
Unused credits will expire after 45 days and cannot be extended, reinstated, or refunded.
Credits:
Do not roll over beyond the expiration window
Hold no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for refunds or alternative compensation
6. Non-Transferable Membership
Memberships and associated credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
7. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the service credit.
8. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to respect scheduled time boundaries.
The full service credit will still be redeemed.
9. Service Upgrades
Members may upgrade their scheduled service at any time by paying the difference in cost between the membership service and the upgraded treatment.
10. Payment Failure
If a payment is declined or fails to process:
Membership benefits will be paused
Future bookings will be restricted
Access will resume once the account is brought current
11. Pricing Adjustments
Membership pricing and structure are subject to change at any time.
Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to any changes.
12. Agreement
By enrolling in this membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This container is designed to create consistency, support your skin journey, and honor both your time and ours.
